An improved home screen will let you pack more apps into the grid and let you see your widgets at all times, and you can now run two instances of the same app side-by-side. There are Apple Pencil, Safari, and gesture improvements, too, along with everything packed into iOS 13. The iPad models getting an update to iPadOS include:

watchOS 6

And then there’s watchOS 6, which will make your Apple Watch more independent by giving it its own App Store. There are health improvements as well, like cycle tracking for women, as well as new watch faces and activity trends. Here are the Apple Watch models that can expect to get these new features:

  • Apple Watch Series 4
  • Apple Watch Series 3
  • Apple Watch Series 2
  • Apple Watch Series 1

Apple is offering developer previews of iOS 13, iPadOS, and watchOS 6 today, and public betas will be available as part of the Apple Beta Software Program later this month. All three updates will launch to the public this fall.
